1. Who we are

Markaba AI ("Markaba AI", "we", "us", "our") operates markabaai.com and the Markaba AI application (app.markabaai.com), together the Automotive Intelligence Platform. Markaba AI is presently an early-stage venture; the operating legal entity is in the process of being incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. Until incorporation is complete, references to "we" or "us" mean the founding team operating under the Markaba AI brand.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting markabaai.com, or by visiting, creating an account on, or using the application at app.markabaai.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the application.

3. What this covers

markabaai.com is informational: it describes the Markaba AI product, links to the live application, and provides a way to get in touch. The application at app.markabaai.com is where accounts, vehicle/garage data, parts and service orders, bookings, and payments are actually handled. Using the application additionally means:

• You need a signed-in account (via our authentication provider) for any feature that stores data against your vehicle or garage, or that places an order or a booking.
• Orders and bookings you place are fulfilled by independent third-party workshops, suppliers, and service providers listed on the platform — Markaba AI facilitates the match and the transaction, but the underlying service is performed by that third party.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment service provider; we do not store your full card details ourselves.
• The application is in active beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and some areas may be incomplete or demo-only at any given time.

4. Intellectual property

The Markaba AI name, logo, and the content of the site and application (text, layout, graphics, and the underlying software) belong to Markaba AI or its licensors. You may view and share pages of markabaai.com for personal, non-commercial purposes, and you may use the application as intended through its normal interface. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer that content or software for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

5. No warranty

Markaba AI is under active development. Both markabaai.com and the application are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Product capabilities, availability, and roadmap described on this site, and features within the application, may change without notice.

6. Third-party links and services

markabaai.com and the application may link to, or rely on, third-party destinations and services — including social profiles, the authentication provider, the payment service provider, and independent workshops/suppliers listed on the platform. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third party you reach through a link, integration, or booking on this site or in the application.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markaba AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, markabaai.com or the application — including any dispute with a third-party workshop, supplier, or service provider fulfilling an order or booking made through the platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time as the site and the underlying business evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
